I really want to help people…
I read the posts that are here and I deeply want to reach out to every one of them and support them and be there for them. I just lack the ability to communicate properly. What is in my mind gets twisted up on the path to my hand while I’m trying to type.
I feel for each and every one of them. I feel ashamed that I can’t be there for them in the capacity they need. I don’t want anyone to suffer for as long as I have.
To take their pain and suffering and add it to my own, then when my journey ends all the pain and suffering would be gone. That would be my positive contribution towards this community.
It’s okay to struggle with your words most people just need you te listen:)
@secretPapaya8852 I am the same way but I also feel a little more secure if I receive some kind of response from someone. Just letting me know that I have been heard…well… what I have written has been read.in turn it helps me as well to express kindness and support as well.
Hey weird question maybe but could you maybe talk? I just like to help others and if you could help me that would be great to
@secretPapaya8852 It is not a weird question, it is the perfect question.
@secretPapaya8852 Please, let me know you have read my response and that you are going to be ok.
I totally get it don’t worry im just trying to vind someone to help me without it being hurtful to them. So you don’t have to help don’t worry. But because I always want to help others I would like to tell you that the mistakes you made in te past don’t define the person you are today. Ofcourse I don’t know you but you have good intentions and in my eyes that’s all that matters don’t be hard on yourself. I sincerely hope your life gets better thank you for noticing me
Hi, I just read your post. What are you suffering from?
@RalphM Thank you for reaching out. I deal with severe depression, severe social anxiety, childhood trauma ( haven’t dealt with that one at all yet) ,self esteem/confidence issues, I am a negative person. Until recently I never experienced true emotions, I read up on bodily reactions and the like when I was young and taught myself to fake emotions and reactions so I could blend in and keep my true self hidden behind the walls I built in my head.
I am so sorry to hear what you are going through. The only way I can get through my day right now is through constant prayer. It truly sucks to have depression or any other mental illness. But sometimes all you need is someone who will listen to you. I will pray for you also.
