People who are over 50:

What would you love for us younger ones to know, to learn, to take to heart? <3

@jesusredeemedme2425

Thank you for this thoughtful thread! This is what I would like younger ones to know:

1. Always take good care of your mental and physical health

2. Strive for being the best person you can be but never try to be perfect

3. Set boundaries, do not let people walk over you - you matter!

They say once you hit 60+ you should look after the following:

1) your teeth, gum disease can lead to a multitude of health issues

2) see a podiatrist and take care of your feet. For one walking unassisted for as a long as you can without pain in your feet.

3) see your doctor regularly, try to keep in the best heatlh that you can.

That’s a loaded question. But what I would like to see is that they learn from our past mistakes, they get educated so they can actually understand what we did wrong and try to change it. That’s not what they’re doing now

What the young generation is doing now makes no sense. They have no clue what it takes to run this country.

I’m in the knowledge of what goes on as far as people having electricity in their homes. That’s on the verge of ending very soon.

Stay away from negativity, if you can’t trust your parents and can’t talk to them find someone like a teacher or counselor in the school and talk to them. Stand up for yourself and allow no one to lay their hands on you. Speak up.
