Nothing new, same issues . I miss the people here. I have been really struggling the last few months. I have been really trying and it seems like I am going back instead of forward.

I apologize for the major lack of communication from me. I’m still breathing. I had some major issues getting back here. I am not sure how much I am going to be able to be here for awhile yet.
My struggles haven’t changed much, other than being able to move without massive pain. However trying to do anything is exhausting in itself. I started back at work earlier this week on a as I can handle it basis. My body feels like I overdo it everyday. I come home everyday and lay on ice packs for hours on end.
Everything has been and continues to be overwhelming. Including being here. I will try and check any messages I missed as I am able.

@Iamwhoiamwhoami Iam! oh my goodness it's so good to see you! Thank you. It makes sense. I apologize, I hope I/we didn't make you feel pressured. Oh gosh, but thank you so much for writing. You were pretty stationary because of pain and then with the surgery, it took a lot out of you. I can understand why you and your body would feel exhausted after working all day. I hope with time you're able to rebuild your strength and endurance. Take care of yourself Iam. Sending you love ❤️

I am so glad that you are out of the hospital. I am sorry that you are experiencing so much pain and exhaustion. We all understand. Just so glad to see you again. Please take care of yourself as best you can, and we will keep you in our prayers.🙏. Healing is a slow process, be patient with yourself and give yourself plenty of Self Care.
