I hope you could connect with a listener in the meantime (saw your other 2 posts, where people responded to help) and feel better. Some people find it very helpful to join sharing circle to share their thoughts and also listen to others what they are going through. 

I’ve been where you’re at I think. But I didn’t see anything about the issue you’re having. I’m a man tho so keep that in mind.
