I take my spouse on a an adventure. No work, no contact from outside, no issues, no need beyond entertainment. Pure bliss!

Than it happens.

Things turn to the worse and you are required to act.

The act is comfortingly.

The needs you must complete is not taxing or overwhelming. You accomplish everything with precision and finesse that only an expert could achieve.

You accomplished everything. No task is needed

The title of this caught my eye. I feel the act of accomplishing everything and not having anything to do, can lead you to have more time to spend with your mind. Which can sometimes lead to a lot of overthinking. So, I can definitely relate to that feeling.๐Ÿ’œ

Absolutely.

Under normal circumstances, I find being alone is comforting. As an introvert, I recharge being left alone.
But when my spouse had an event of great negativity. I had almost zero issue. There were things of structure that needed to be done. No issue of any kind. Step 1 Step 2, A + B, etc. Simple. Schedule this. Answer questions, setup that. Clean this. I had things to do to occupy my brain and thoughts.

But, I found that being alone and/or being separated from my spouse (I was asked to get a hotel) brought extreme anxiety and chaos.
Just hearing the words "It is time you need to find a hotel to stay at while ..." sent my mind into overdrive in fifty million different directions and scenarios. None of them were positive.
