@Menu2022

I think that may be too broad of a question to get a clear response as there are many forms of Arthritis and many levels of progression...

I have RA and find moving as much as possible helps but others that may be too painful. It is a thing we end up living with and one size does not fit all.

this is true as everyone is different. I have arthritis and bursitis on both hips and it’s no walk in the park. I do acupuncture Aqua therapy and physical therapy.

I’m have even progressed

what brought me here is to see how people deal with it and especially on set backs and inflammation times

@Menu2022 Hi I put a heating pad to painful areas. There are some over the counter creams and gels that I apply to painful areas also. Sometimes I take some over the counter pain relievers. I have some friends whose pain is worse than mine that gets injections into to painful joints at their doctor.

@Menu2022. I hear you it can be hard to cope with difficulties with physical functions and disability. I do hope that you will find support here at 7cups and 50plus.
