What are some lessons you learned in your life because of challenges in your past?

There have been things I wanted to do but I was too scared to do them, then there were things I did in spite of being scared. It's best to go ahead and do it in spite of your fear. The greatest regrets are regretting not doing what you wanted to do.

How has it been a positive impact on how you face challenges currently ?

I go ahead and do the things I want to do, even if I'm scared.

What are some lessons you learned in your life because of challenges in your past? No matter how bleak things seem I can keep putting one foot in front of the other. Keep going. Just keep going unless you hit a wall, then figure out a way around it or pick a new path.

How has it been a positive impact on how you face challenges currently ? Now I am not so anxious about challenges. I have succeeded before. I will succeed again.
