I have let them in the past, though there have also been times when I tried to hang on to someone, figuratively speaking. That's when I come across as desperate and clingy. I've lost so many friends in my life, over the years, and with most of them, I just let them go their way.

Some were not good friends, anyway, but people who saw the weak parts of me and used me. Some were good friends and good people, but I didn't know how to be a friend.

How do you manage people and situations in your life that you have no control over?

I don't do anything, I just go with the flow.

What strategies do you use so you cope with the challenges?

Nothing at all.

I think they left me before I let them.

Complain to those who listen to me. Then look at myself as be foolish because I have no control.

Still working on it. But Ideally I am being logical and reasonable with it.

Nope but am a lot better than I use to be.

How do you manage people and situations in your life that you have no control over? I don't, I manage the things I do have control over. I recognize the difference. And write it down.

What strategies do you use so you cope with the challenges? Talking chatting journaling meditation mindfulness self care, my "focus list" of things that being me joy, my gratitude lists, sending thank you emails, telling my friends I love them.

Have you mastered the LET THEM ideology like in this writing? Yes! Usually it involves putting myself in their shoes, telling myself a story about what's motivating their behavior, and letting it be. Means I'm looking for new replacements if I believe it's important and stopping if I don't.
