How do we overcome being discouraged

How do we overcome being discouraged? First acknowledge what your feelings or fears are, accept it is normal it is just being a human being and then reframe the dsicouragement into a positive one so it does not happen again.

here are some steps to fix this :

Step 1 - Acceptance

Accpet the discouragment because it can be fixed to move onto a more pleasant life style. Writing it down in a journal or talking about it is the key to accepting discouragment. By identifying it quicker means to hit the nail on the head of what the problem is and getting it worked out. 

Step 2 - Gratitude

Last thing someone wants to do is county their blessing when their down and out but doing this will help you feel better. Practicing gratitude is releasing the serotonin in your brain which will make you feel better. Appreciating a tough time means giving yourself resilience you will need to get through this. 

Step 3. - Intentional kisses 

This is when we intentionally give gratitude to ourselves and compssions to have an act of love. not towards only ourselves but to others we come in contact with. When you are kind to yourselves you can be kind back to others.

Step 4. - the bigger why

connecting to your sense of meaning is the best way to get through a challenge. It is called The Bridge of Resilience. This is where you build toughness. There are 5 c's to resilience: commitment, control, challenge, connection and confidence.
