Normal Aging vs. Abnormalities

It seems like as we get older our bodies experience changes. These are often related to things in our bodies not working as efficiently as they once did. Some of this is just seem as normal aging, but some is not.

How to know what is normal vs. what needs more attention and treatment? What is typical but also deserving or reasonable to get medical intervention? I feel like the medical system doesn't have good answers.

@AffyAvo That seems a very reasonable question.

For me, I would say to bring about any doubts to the doctors, perhaps if the changes are painful, hard to bear, or are present for several days.

@SoulfullyAButterfly But the doctors are often not giving correct information, or they don't have answers.

@AffyAvo - I agree that can feel like a dead end, perhaps getting experts or a panel with various doctors can help, what do you think?

@SoulfullyAButterfly That would be wonderful, but it's not something that's really done here unless going to a specialist where the clinic is already set up that way.
