Nuturing the inner child mindfully

Summary of discsuuion 

Nuturing our inner child means we are trying to create and supportive environment of our inner child. We do this by using mindfulness, meditation, journaling and playful activities. We are looking to reflect on our emotional reactions, thoughts and behaviors.

Journaling and therapy along with mindfulness practices helps us develop self awareness giving us insight to our inner world. We do this by beginning to do  mindful walking, mindful sitting and mindful breathing. 

We can also start by increasing our self compassion , emotional healt and rebuild relationships Here are steps to begin fixing our inner child:
