Practsing Self-Acceptance

Self-acceptance is embracing the aspect of oneself and is crutial to our personal growth and wellbeing. Some activities such as journaling, positive affirmations and mindfulness will enhances self-acceptance by promoting self-reflection, and reducing self-criticism.

Self-acceptance is accepting the good and bad and the ugly we face in life. Self-esteem is associated with the pyschological affect than self-acceptance. It is the importance piece in understanding a individual, self esteem does not create the pyschologically well human-being.

Self-acceptance is the ability to see someone as a whole flaws and all. It involves the self-regardless of accomplishments and flaws. We are all out to do our best and want to be accepted for who we are. Flaws allow us to work on resolving them and come out feeling better for ourselves.
