Ways to stop worrying as we get older

As we grow older we begin to worry mentally and physically about how we will look as we age. Some may see we begin to look like our parents or siblings. Some may wonder about their appearance and we will always look this way as we age. Stress and anxiety are two thing we worry about with aging. We need to accept who and how we have become to live a healthy life both physically and emotionally.

How to stop worrying about aging:

Embrace the present moment- embrace the moment of where we are and continue to stgrive for things we want or to fix things needing to be fixed

Shift your focus to gratitude- be glad for reaching another year in your life, be proud of what you have become. 

Give up unwanted expectations - Dont' worry about the things when we were younger we said we wanted to do as we got older. Accept that maybe things on our bucket list may not be done. Enjoy the life you have made for yourself so far.

Develope an attitude for learning- Learn new things that may be a learning curve ie: gardening, working out more, go on a vacation and learn about the culture or place your visiting.

Priorotize relationships - work on buidling a better relationship with family and friends that we may not of taken for granted when we were younger. 

Be kind to yourself everyday- do things that make you happy or accomplish a goal you want to reach and feel proud for it. Instead of fearing getting older accept it with open arms.
