411. Icrossed exercising off my list. did Pilates in the morning! It's just not a habit of mine to put on my socks and shoes in the morning...that means it's an extra pair of socks I need to throw in the wash. Pilates I can do without shoes.
I will make it a 21 day challenge and see how many inches i can lose off my waist. I'm happy because I chose to start a new health journey. Keep looking ahead and not back.

@soulsings- we go out for what we call "wind walks" on days it is really blowing- 35-50 mph
