They go well if they are stuffed with cheese, but otherwise, fried mushrooms are a delight in themselves🤗😊
@GreenAndRedBoat what I do is make spicy batter and lighly coat slices of mushroom and sautee 3 minutes on a side.

512) There are so many reasons to be happy, I love it when I drive on the highway and I get to blast my music. I love when I get random compliments, I love when I get a free sample, my favorite thing in the world is when my alarm wakes me up and I can sleep more, I love taking off my socks and being free! I love that feeling when I write in my journal, I love seeing the flowers in my garden, I love when I get to talk to someone about their day and it makes them happy. I love the feeling of wind, I love talking and hanging out with my brother, I love seeing my family and talking to my grandma, I love quotes! I love them! I love sweets and just enjoying the day, Most of all I love optimistic people!

Being able to give a complement and put a smile on their faces!
I had a dream as I woke up this morning. And as I lay there pondering the scene that just played out,
it became evident what it was about.
It has pointed something out to me that I was overlooking about myself for most of my life.
I'm quite surprised by this revelation.
This has opened a door in my thinking which now has me intrigued and grateful.
