Tell a Fairy Tale Day is an informal observance held on February 26. It provides a perfect opportunity to read or watch fairy tales with kids/grandkids or just go down memory lane on what we used to read or watch and enjoy your favorite childhood tales yourself. Although some of us still watch them as good coping skills. A fairy tale is a short story that typically features fantasy characters and magic. What do you read/watch or what did you use to read/watch? When others respond feel free to respond to them and share your experiences you had also with their experiences.

Some of my favorites are: Sleeping Beauty, Snow White and Cinderella.

Cinderella was probably my favorite growing up. As an adult i love Beauty and the Beast and Malificent. I liked the way they took the Sleeping Beauty story and gave it a twist. Turning Malificent into almost a super hero was amazing.

Alice through the Looking Glass/Alice's Adventures in Wonderland

I had a childrens book when I was little, I have some specific memories learning to read with that (and others). I've also read the originals and enjoyed various movies.
