Jabuticaba or jaboticaba
Also known as Ibapurú, yabuticaba, it is a fruit of many names, described throughout history by different authors.
There are varieties of green or white. It is a fruit that forms bunches. You can make wine with your pulp.
Caution
When eating the Jabuticaba fruit, it is advisable to avoid eating the skin as it can lead to severe constipation. In addition, frequent eating of large amount of these fruits is highly discouraged.
A - apple
Organic apples are very nutrious and low in calories, so good to integrate in a weight loss programme. A medium sized apple (182 grams) has only about 95 calories. Apple pectin can help to improve the digestive health and ease even some digestive complaints. Some research says that the pectin also improves cholesteron levels.
Apples are LIKELY SAFE for most people, as long as the seeds aren't eaten. The apple seeds, however, contain cyanide and are poisonous.
B - Berries that you buy in the supermarket are all nutritious and delicious
Beware picking random berries you see in the wild. Some are edible when ripe and poisonous when unripe. Some are just not edible. Consult a naturalist that specializes in wild foods before eating wild plants and fruits that you are not positive they are edible.
Cherrys
Kumquat
I tried it. Little citrus thingy so sour it churned my stomach. I had to take some Pepto Bismol!
