Playing my guitar and singing, especially with other folks. Seeing my GF always makes me happy. Solving problems for other people also makes me happy. Makes them happy too.

LOL, i'll tell the truth, Bey, i cook one course meals, ,sometimes 2 courses, meat and carbs... but my soups are very veggie~!
other than that, i buy dog food for the little critters where i live, most of them were orphaned this spring, and they have survived because of my ability to help them... that touches my heart~!

What makes you happy? Exercises feel good to the body and help me maintain the joy.
Do you give yourself chance to do things you like? I do them first thing in the morning so I do not forget.

Hi there, what makes me happy, hmm so much actually and I do some of them regularly.
Being here on 7 cups makes me very happy.
If love creating things, particularly if it's something I need - it makes me proud and happy.
Playing in the warm blue waters of the Caribbean sea, snorkeling and watching the fish pass by makes me happy.
One of the most important things however is just a nice word from someone.

@amiablePeace77 I went snorkeling for the first time last year—you are so right, it is magical!
Doing silly word jokes with my husband makes me happy. Baking is also fun. I think walking and doing activities in nature is great. Having exchanges here is good, too. Lots of little things make me happy and I do manage to include a good number each week.

i know most people don't get this, but i don't really seek "Happy",, because it is part of a Duality, Happy/Unhappy. i like to remain in the 'middle of the road', no ditches there~! so i maintain a sense of acceptance as much as i can, letting things happen as they will, and only taking those actions that my inner guide urges me to... that of course is the Ideal,, the reality is i have ups and downs, but i really try not to label them as good and bad,, right and wrong,,, happy and unhappy~~

I enjoy making new recipes uniquely my own by putting a creative spin on them with vegan influences. I strive to make dishes heart healthy, appealing to the senses and budget friendly. I also want their presentation to feel special because I am worth the effort and my health is important!

Singing along to favorite songs.
Researching and finding something I didn't know before!
Many things! Everyday it may be anything
today it has been a song! The nice tune made me smile while facing a super long queue for documents!
