Honestly, I don't really know as I don't exactly have much connections to those eras... But I guess the 80's or the 90's because of the music and styles!
I'd prefer the 90s for the epic music! 
80s because of the vibe and fashion.
90s because they had some amazing music back then and a lot less problems than the other decades.
I loved the 80s, the best TV - anyone remember the classic shows like the A Team, wacky races to name just a few Plus some really good Rock Music back then.. 🎤🎼🎶
My fav decade is the 80s, awesome tv... anyone remember the A team ? and even better music ... WHAM, Duran Duran... Those were the days 😀

It looks cool to be in the 60s and 70s...times were so different and less stressful in ways...but more stressfull too..i am disabled and it was hard for disabled people...they would have commited a child like me to an institution because of my disabilities so I guess I would say 2000s...we have good technology and good music and disabled people have come a long way from the 70s when there were no wheel chair ramps anywhere to get onto the sidewalk and cant ride a bus if needed
Definitely the 70's or 80's. The band Queen was a gift to mankind and the Live Aid concert back then would have been the event of a lifetime. 
I would love to born in 60's or 80's.
I was a young teen in the 70''s just after the 60''s and the Vietnam War. The music was great, I listened to Low Rider last night. Memories came flooding back. I was a happy Flower child. Everything was cheap then, lots to do without our cells etc.
Life was so mucheck easier.
