7 Cups Organizational Updates
Hi Everyone,
As you saw from our community manager job post yesterday, 7 Cups is growing and evolving. As our community and platform continues to grow and evolve, so do all of the roles and responsibilities. I am here to share some information about restructuring and new folks joining the team.
We have added two new folks to our team and moved a few roles around.
Khoi Ho - Khoi is our new Director of People! Similar to Human Resources, People Operations focuses on the supporting the 7 Cups admin team to do their best and grow professionally so they can help grow 7 Cups more effectively.
Anna-Kate - is our new Director of Clinical Operations. Lara has moved into a new role on 7 Cups and is now working on supporting partnerships that will help 7 Cups reach more people. Some of you may know Anna-Kate, as she has been a therapist and Therapist Liaison in the Depression & Trauma Support communities. @AnnaKateMillerLCSW
Lara - Lara is our former Director of Clinical Operations. Coming from a clinical background, Lara will now be moving on to help manage partner organizations to facilitate their clients get support on 7 Cups.
Power - @Power, one of our ambassadors, has stepped up to help the community team manage the community inbox. Power has been a great project leader. He has demonstrated through his continued volunteer work that he is dedicated to our community and we are excited to have him helping here.
Amelia - @Amelia has been working on therapy customer support needs as a contractor. However, this role has now moved in-house. We are so thankful for all of Amelias unique contributions to 7 Cups in this role. We look forward to having her continue to participate in the community.
As a reminder, we are looking to hire a new community manager! Please share this job posting with anyone you think may be interested. We are excited for all of these transitions and excited to find a new CM to join our team.
If you have any specific questions about this update, you are welcome to PM me directly.
This is an awesome update and a great recap to know who is in what role
Thanks for letting us know!
I'm sorry to hear Amelia is no longer part of the team but you've probably discussed it deeply and reached that as your final decision for a reason :) I can't wait to hear about the awesome things those involved will be doing on their new roles. The admin team does seem to be growing a lot with many new positions seeming stronger!
Special congratulations for @Power - you rock!
