April 20: New Quality Mentor Leader
It is with great pride and excitement that I annonce a new Quality Mentor Leader to our team.
@starryKoala69 - Over the past 2 months, Starry has shown great leadership in her role as a Quality Mentor. In particular she is supporting our Quality Coaching program. Every week over 100 listeners sign up to talk with a Quality Mentor. Starry ensures the connection between the requestor and the mentor happens in a timely & effective manner. She helps train new Quality mentors, promote the program and encourage the mentors who are currently involved. Starry has a love for helping and improving listener quality. In addition to supporting the coaching program, she has lead the charge for hosting "Quality Week" this week. Organizing the events for this week required a lot of coordination and team work, which she did with grace and love.
Starry, it is with great pleasure that we invite you to this special new role. Keep up the good work.
