Congratulations to @Hope, our new Academy Community Manager!

With the 7 Cups Academy coming together, the Community Team is thinking broadly about future needs and identifying the gaps in our current structure so that we can better support long-term goals as we ramp up. As you know, this is our present list of admin oversight:

Besides myself heading the Leadership Development Program and the launch of the Academy, we do not have admin oversight for this area. The Academy is going to be a massive step toward securing our community ecosystem, and we'll need someone who understands how to operate these moving parts and the academic know-how to expand these programs.

And it just so happens @Hope's work on perfecting the Internship Program makes her the ideal candidate for this role! I am pleased to announce that @Hope will be shifting into a new area of focus (we playfully call her the Dean of the 7 Cups Academy). She will be transitioning over on Feb 1st.

I know you're probably asking, but what about Subcommunities and Teens?

We will be recruiting for two contractors and will be releasing the applications into the community soon, so stay tuned for more details on that front.
