Mentor Leader: AdventuRin!
This week, I am proud to announce a new Mentor Leader Nomination! @AdventuRin
AdventuRinhas been a valued part of our community since May of 2014. Rin's impact on our community has been overwhelmingly thoughtful and continues to drive the community forward. She has taken ownership of the new listener discussions and builtcomprehensive notes (example here) highlighting these discussions so that everyone can continue to learn from what was discussed. Rin has made new listener quality her mission and works diligently to help build community for her mentees and in the listener support room. I am very excited to welcome her on our mentor leader team and look forward to continued growth and learning together!

Is it bad I forgot you weren?t already a mentor leader? I?ve always valued your encouragement and honest insight into sometimes difficult matters. And your discussions and notes are fantastic, even that impromptu one on weather! I also admire your dedication to the Listener Support room and being so patient in answering questions and offering guidance! Thank you and congrats Rin! :)
