New Ambassador: Gracey!
Hello, everyone!
If you have been following our updates from this past month (Community Update and Quality Update), youll know that we are working deliberately on scaling up leadership to boost coverage and quality across the site
We have been operating as a small but mighty ambassador team for well over a year now, and I am pleased to announce that after careful consideration, taking into account our current needs, we have decided to bring on a new ambassador: @Gracey! Gracey will be assisting the Quality Specialist (@Evelynerose) to drive projects forward, identify opportunities for improvement, and strengthen alignment in the Quality domain.
Gracey has been an exceptional leader as she has progressed in her journey on 7cups. She is always warm, friendly, dependable, and patient with everyone. She is currently heavily involved in various quality initiatives, particularly SPOT, where she helps train new Safety Patrol members. She also is a Teen Chatroom Mentor, Peer Support, and on the Adult/Teen Listener Interview Team. Gracey brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and relationships she has built over the years to our team.
We're confident she'll bring great value to her role and be a great addition to our powerhouse of ambassadors!

Ambassadors are high level listeners who have shown impeccable judgement and individual growth by demonstrating innovative leadership and becoming 7 Cups experts. Ambassadors work closely with the community team to oversee community morale, help train new mentors and lead community building projects. They represent 7 Cups through their experience and the work they do for the site.
There are 6 tracks on which Ambassadors can choose to be placed, namely:
Chatroom Track, Quality Track, Forum Track, Community/Subcommunity Track, Group Support Track, and the Internship Track.
