New Teen Community Manager: Iara!
It is with great excitement, that I introduce our new teen community manager, Iara!
Iara has been a member of our community for over a year. She brings her knowledge of the teen community and love of 7 Cups to this role. Among her many amazing contributions to our community thus far, Iara has been a leader in the forums, helped create forum mentor training and lead training sessions, Appreciation team leader, chatroom discussion leader and quality mentor leader helping on the written reviews team. Iara brings kindness, professionalism and joy to her work at 7 Cups. She is a firm believer in our mission and will be a great asset to our team.
In this role, Iara will be the fearless leader for all of our teen listeners and members (hooray!). She will be working to advance teen leadership programs, build more structure amongst the adult/teen listener application program, incorporating our awesome adult/teen listeners into teen community, more discussions and programming geared towards topics teens are interested in and many more exciting projects.
Teens, please reach out and say hello to her! Give her a warm welcome! We are very excited to have her on our team!

@Iara - Congratulations my friend, you are so deserving of this and you're going to make an incredible CM. Iara this is just amazing, congratulations..... you will be completely awesome and the teens will be in star hands. Everything you do you put 109i09 percent to it.... however I hope you still come say hi to us oldies once in a while. haha or I will have to come stalk you over the teen side :D
