*New Teen Mentor Leaders* - 8/22

Hi there lovely community! I am very happy to announce three super wonderful people into their new roles. Join me in making them feel welcomed and loved into these positions!

@Jack - Jack has beeen part of our teen community for a long time, he is an experience teen star and mentor with a passion for quality and community building. He has an amazingly insightful way to build honest and long lasting connections and to truly understand what are the wants and needs of the teen community. He loves feedback and enjoys helping others find their own place in the community. In this new role he will focus on supporting, guiding and helping new teen mentors get involved in teen projects and the teen community overall promoting safe engagement and giving a role model to newer mentors on how to dive into the community and build connections.

@Olive -Olive is a really sweet and kind individual with anyone that has crossed path with. They are kind and enthusiastic and have a drive that reminds teens of their willingness to try new things. They are open to new ideas and love to think outside the box. They also love to encourage our adults to learn more about the teen side and love helping teens adjust to the adult side. Their role in particular will be focus on managing the Friendship Room, encouraging adult teen listeners and adult listeners in general to engage with the teen community in a safe way. It will include hosting welcoming parties for teens aging up and for new adults in the teen community; and helping Holly to pair up teen and adult buddies.

@Bookworm4 -Bookworm is incredibly hard working, dedicated and sweet. They know how to make others feel comfortable and go out of their way to make sure users feel at home. They are also incredibly good at keeping projects running and following up with people to make sure they feel connected and a part of the project. In the past months, Bookworm has done incredibly well on helping with the adult teen listener interviews and its our hope that they will continue being the first interaction adult teen listeners have and giving users the necesarily tools to get more involved in the teen side. They will also help with managing the teen side of the relaunch of the verified listener program that will be coming soon!
