Site Update!
Site was down last night because an internal tool we use on our servers didn't work as designed. I apologize for the site being down. It is back up now and this issue will not happen again moving forward.
Sam, one of our listeners, tweeted out that the 7 cups system decided to take a self-care break. Well, the system is now refreshed and workingbetter than ever.

Would it be possible to have some kind of small notice on the site page when the site is down for maintenance or other such reasons, to help with confusion when people see the site is down? Currently there's no explanation given when the site is down, which can be quite frustrating.
P.S, yes I have posted this in the suggestion box!
Maybe even a post on the Facebook site! I checked there last night for info about the site being down.

Regarding the Certification going to the Training Tab, in each level, it no longer has the Badges we need "grayed" out. Instead it appears as we have all the badges in the page. Please fix? :)
Hi, I know that you mean well with all these updates, but I just want to point out that those noni messages while I'm waiting for a Listener are extremely annoying, so, could you please remove that "update" from the site please!! thanks

From the listener perspective, I find them fairly unproductive as well. It interferes with the natural progression of an empathic conversation.
I think it's great that you're wanting to give the members something to do before being connected with a listener, but what if there were articles to read on their particular topic, or something? That way, when they're connected, they're connected with a person right away.

okay, you're making it worse!! please STOP the updates and STOP those annoying noni messages! pleas!!!
This Noni Bot thing may not be such a good thing. For example, take the lonely person who gets on to talk to a "human being" and what do they get? A computer generated bot!. Nothing will ever take the place of a human person. Also, what if the person is in crisis, and gets the "bot"? It is difficult enough to have to "chat" over a medium such as this with no face, no real "person present", no voice, but when we add the bot, we really bring this whole isolation thing to a new level.
Perhaps, my thoughts will be considered archaic,but I have a very old Soul and I think it is a good thing. We speak to enough computers in our daily life ever time we pick up a phone. We don't need that here.
But, that is just my humble opinion then, isn't it.
Anybody please tell me,,,i am unable to see my chat messages...and the other person also cannot see them...have i been blocked or something
