Someone Please Respond
I just got this app yesterday. I messaged my therapist and got no response. It's been almost 24 hours. I told her and a ''listener'' I was desperate for help and have been ignored. I am about to erase the app.

That's such a terrible response. I have tried a listener. She barely spoke English. She didn't understand my issue. I am so disappointed with this app. I was in ciris mode 24 hours ago. Can you imagine how I am now? The ER is where I'm headed now. Your app has failed me.

We cannot provide crisis support here. Going to the ER is a good idea if you are in crisis.

@RarelyCharlie I tried to report my therapist and it just came up an empty page and at the top said error and I can't remember the rest, of course because I am so upset. You are a very rude, uncaring person. This app is crazy to navigate and has failed me and all you have to say is go to the ER. I am so disgusted by your response. If I had been treated to proper care yesterday, I would be fine by now, not on my way to medical bills I can't afford and an absence from responsibilities I have no one to cover for me. Your app gives a person false hope and you sit back and take no responsibility nor do you care. You truly disgust me. No one on this app has treated me as a human being. Only as a bot. It has been a horrible experience.

@parisayano I am done trusting this app. I want to know how to get a refund! My therapist hasn't messaged me back in the last 24 hours! No listener has listened and you are the only person who has actually responded to me. You are the only human contact I have had since I have reached out yesterday, trying so hard to hold on. That is something I cannot forgive and should not be asked to. Please have some human decency and just get me to the right connection to get my money refunded. I am on a pension and I am not rich. I reached out and you all failed me. I have been through enough here. Please.

I am very sorry that you feel that way, and I truly wish I can help you from the bottom of my heart from human go human. But the rules here won't allow me to do that, I'm not in the age group you're in and I really do hope that you get all the help you can because you deserve it. And I'm so sorry that you had a bad experience on this site, I can understand what that feels like

Have you thought getting to ,7cups through Google, I find it a lot easier to use than the app
@lazyKatz I tried to. They told me I would have a response within 3 to 5 business days. I have never been so disgusted in my life. My therapist just now responded and defended herself. She said this is not a crisis center. I should not have expected a response from her even though in her prerecorded message to me it said I could expect her to respond twice a day. I am so glad to be rid of this app and not dependent on it. How many people have suffered prior to me and aren't as strong as me?
@Freya21 my heart breaks for your situation because I experienced something very similar with my ex therapist IRL. Have you ever heard of TalkLife? It's another app but there's plenty of moderators there. Feel better soon and we will look back one day to see how much we've outgrown the darkness we've been through.
