Hello everyone, I hope you are all being easy and kind to yourself.

Depression may make you feel like everything is dark and you feel low, frustrated, angry, detached, and irritated. It feels like you are less than who you are. It makes you feel to question everything but at the same time not have the energy to question anything. It is a weird feeling.

But please know things will get better and easier. I know they will. But for now, it is okay to feel this and embrace this experience. Gradually, you will heal and we will get through this together.
