Knowing that there are better times ahead. The good and bad come and go, just because life feels like a struggle right now doesn't mean it always will.
Inertia - another day rolls around, another chance, another day that could be good or bad. I don't have to do anything to keep going, it all keeps going without me. It takes no effort to keep breathing. The next breath just comes, the next day just comes. And each day something changes, little things, unimportant things. But if I want to steer where I am going or what am feeling, all I have to do is use those little things to steer towards or around. It's like plants are heliotropic - they aim towards the sun. I aim towards being happy because that's how I work.
Knowing that there is always another option. We are continuing our efforts toward a final destination.
I believe in myself , I am going to challenge my self .and all of these fails and mistakes that I have done , they will give me the strength to keep going and to achieve my dreams 💪@Tazzie
