The part I benefit from the most is the weekly worksheet. I find it quite helpful to write down what I want to do in a week, makes me more organized and efficient.

The most beneficial part was the worksheet because with that and including my own personal planner it creates a healthy schedule for myself.

Hello everybody!! I have just completed the Time Management Course!! I learned a lot through this course, but I think what helped me most was learning what my "big rocks" and "little rocks" are and how to prioritize them.
