My GSP Short Project
Hi, I'm Tabby. Here is my GSP Short Project.
Problem- General random talk not related to Discussion, when a Discussion is taking place, steering group away from Discussion.
Solution- Everyone following and answering discussion questions/asking questions based on discussion topic. Chat about discussion topic.
Group members will -
Answer questions, avoid engaging in other conversations unrelated to discussion whilst in discussion room as discussion takes place.
Group leaders will - Re-ask question - Remind chat of question in discussion. Welcome all new members and explain that there is a discussion going on and ask if they'd like to join. Kindly remind participants to limit chat to the discussion topic whilst the discussion is on, and if they need support they can connect to 1-1.
