Academy Team Leaders' November Meeting: The Spirit of Thanksgiving
✨Hello Academy Team Leaders✨
As we prepare for our upcoming leadership meeting, let's embrace the spirit of Thanksgiving and reflect on 2024. This is a wonderful opportunity to express gratitude for our achievements, support one another, and discuss our vision moving forward.
✨Meeting Agenda✨
🍂Opening Reflection🍂
🦃 Each team member will share one thing which they are thankful for this year. Examples: a successful project, or a personal milestone.
🍂Learning from Challenges🍂
🦃 We will discuss challenges faced during the year as Academy Team Leaders. This reflection can help us grow stronger together.
🍂Gratitude Circle🍂
🦃 We will take some moments to express appreciation: for an Academy team member, a project that you are part of in the 7cups Academy, or someone outside of the Academy but within the 7cups community. Recognizing contributions fosters a positive and collaborative environment.
🍂Open Discussion🍂
🦃 If any person should have additional thoughts, ideas, or questions. This is a space to express visions for our Academy meetings and forum activities.
🍂Closing🍂
Let’s conclude with a short mindfulness exercise to reflect on our discussions and set our intentions moving forward.
