Seeking Forum Supporters for Academy Sub-Community!

Hi everyone! I hope you are well. 

Are you passionate about personal growth and community engagement? Do you have a knack for consistency and a desire to make a positive impact? The Academy sub-community is looking for two dedicated Forum Supporters to lead our popular "Tiny Steps" and "Academy Polls" initiatives!

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role, foster a supportive environment, and help fellow members and listeners on their personal development journeys. We are looking for individuals who can commit to a consistent posting schedule for at least 8 weeks.

These roles are open to both members and listeners who meet the following criteria:

Verified Listeners: Must have a minimum of 50 posts.

Members: Must have a minimum of 50 posts.

Both type of candidates are expected to have no behavior reports in the past 6 months. 

The expected time commitment is 1 hour per week. 

The Roles:

As a Forum Supporter for the Academy, you will choose to focus on one of the following initiatives:

1. Host of "Tiny Steps"

Take the lead on our "Tiny Steps" series, a program designed to help our community grow through small, manageable actions. You will be responsible for posting themed tasks related to well-being, including topics like Gratitude, Digital Wellbeing, and Nature Connection. Your role will be to continue inspiring members and listeners to take those small but significant steps towards a better self.

2. Host of "Academy Polls"

Drive engagement and reflection by curating and posting our weekly "Academy Polls." Following the tradition of themed rounds, from Mindfulness and Gratitude to Student Life and Self-Compassion, you will have the creative freedom to introduce new topics and keep the community curious and engaged.
