Hi Trainees! Looking to get Honors? We understand that our trainees have their own interests and skills so we have given you 3 options to choose from! You only need to complete ONE of these options to qualify for honors.

Option 1

Anyone who completes 35 or more posts each week throughout the program will receive Honors. To confirm that these were quality posts, we will be confirming with sub-community leaders. (For example, if most of your posts end up being responses to ice-breaker questions and little focus on quality interactions then you will not receive honors).

Option 2

If you are/become a Community Mentor/Teen Star, Forum Mentor, or a Community Mentor Leader, that qualifies you for honors. Please note, we do not encourage anyone to take the role for honor purposes. It is important that you maintain the role after if you choose to pursue it.

Option 3

If you consistently help out the sub-community (after approval from the leader(s) with check-ins, welcoming subscribers or forum discussion for at least 4 full weeks as part of the program, you will be eligible to receive honors upon confirmation from the sub-community leader(s).

You have until the end of your program to complete the Honors Option you choose!

@Hope Thank you. I am learning my way around. Making 35 posts a week seems doable. What topics? Do you mean starting threads or a combination of threads and replies? I look forward to this experience!
