@YourCaringConfidant Do you just just accept 5 general requests? I have accepted some requests already and helped people by listening to their problems; however, I haven't received the badge. Is there a required text count to receive the badge?

@Alma180 I went to your page and it shows 3 people helped and 2 chats currently. 😀
30 messages exchanged between you and the member would equal 1 chat. Once you reach 5 completed chats then you should automatically receive the open door badge.
