Tell us which academy program you did and one tip for future trainees of it!

I did the Internship Program(2019), the Leadership Development Program(2024), and the Quality Listening Program(2023). I did the Honors component for all three programs, and thoroughly enjoyed doing all of them. Some tips: I recommend to thoroughly read the requirements, work on the requirements daily[do not procrastinate], and please don't forget to have fun!!!! I used my agenda to organize how and when I would complete requirements for the three mentioned Academy programs. I logged in each day to complete my active listening requirements for the Internship and Quality Listening Program. Finally, remember to practice self-care. Sometimes when we dont take time out for ourselves we may experience burnout. If anyone has any questions regarding the programs Ive done, please dont hesitate to reach out and message me.
