It can be challenging to wait for a response so to provide speedy support, we have decided to have this one central thread where all academy trainees/interns can ask questions related to their academy journey.

I am doing the internship and have a question about how 7 cups works. If I pay $12.95 a month I get access to something called premium growth paths. 35+ Premium growth paths from mental health experts….. that is what it says to describe what you get. But are these the same as the listener trainings?

No, they are not. Nothing in the 7 Cups Internship coursework is paid! You can access listener training for free here.
All such links are listed in the requirements list to graduate attached in your acceptance email. Please review it again thoroughly and click through the links

Hello Hope, my name is Paradise. First of all, I just wanted to thank you for the opportunity to participate in this internship. I have all badges except for the singular training guide and the Open Door achievement. For the Open Door achievement, it says I need 5 1-1 chats, but I have already completed 10 chats (as shown on my profile). What counts as a 1-1 chat? Also, at the bottom of the page, where it talks about how to locate the statistics on your profile, it says this:
"The picture below highlights where you can see your cheers and your chats (5 chats = Open door badge). "
Does this mean that the "Open Door Badge" isn't a real badge but is just the name for the requirement for 5 chats? If so, that would make more sense why I don't see this badge on my profile.

It's more of a suggestion than a question from my side. I was wondering how would it be if there was some sort of a badge or anything like that for listeners who do complete Academy programs. In a way that those can be seen from the listeners profile. Like if a do graduate from the academy as an intern, it would be cool to get an internship badge on graduation, so that other members and listeners do know that I've completed it. It can be in a way that it includes the graduation certificate as well , which can only be seen to the graduate. I've completed some academy programs, but I do not know where to find my certificates if i lose them.
Having a badge would interest others to do academy programs as well. The badge can be different ( as in not like the training badges, more like bigger is size and/or more highlighted from the profile).
I do have a lot of these sort of ideas and suggestions for site improvement, whom do i share these with?

@hopefulSmiles6137 Hello Smiles. Thank you for the suggestion. Luckily what you wanted is already existing. You get a badge after graduating from a program. You have badges like 7 cups Intern Grad, CDM Grad, Leadership Graduates, QLP Grad. We give you this badge along with the certificate.
Additionally you also get a Alumni badge to show you have graduated from at least one academy program. So you get 2 badges after completing a program.
We usually email you the certificate since it contains personal information on it. You can always bookmark it and not miss it.
You can also drop someone from the Academy team so we can help you with the certificate. We usually keep track of the certificates we send out.
Hello! I have been a bit confused on when everything has to be done for the internship. By the final eval form date or the end date? I have seen both said within the reasons so I just want to make sure. Thank you!

Thank you Buddy! @Sierrarain03 the final eval reminder date is just for you to start preparing for graduation. You should aim to have 80% of your requirements done by then to stay on track or start considering an extension if you are not there!
Hi I decided to retake the ldp program.
I send the form to apply early this week and set a start day. For this coming Monday. Did apply to late or will it be the following. Monday. I did check the spam folder

There is no daily form. Please refer to the requirements list attached to your email for a full list of forms to be filled (none of which are daily but there a few to fill throughout the program)

I've already submitted the Google forms for all the levels of the community building course. Today, a mentor reached out to me saying I haven't completed it yet because I don't have a badge. Earlier I had to redo a level just because I didn't receive a confirmation of completion of the same. It's terrible. I've completed the course weeks ago.
What should I do? I can't afford to spend hours doing it all over just because it wasn't recorded!
@trueconfidant123 Hi confidant, you did not submit the final evaluation form due to which your certificate wasn't rewarded to you.
