Wow.. That is a very good thought...
My perfect weekend would be four days long...and I'd be comfortable with sinking into a fiction read; no worries about failing to improve myself and jeopardizing security for future self. And I would get absorbed into the story...finish this book and maybe another after a few long reading sessions. I'd wake up early, leasurly walk my dog, do a HIIT workout or get a good stretch in depending on how I feel...sip on good coffee for a couple hours...take a nap...talk to someone...there would be someone who would give me their presence and attention...I'd tell them what I wanted to do today (even if that were nothing)...and they would press me on my goals...they would know my goals...and interests...and understand why those things were important to me. I'd go on an afternoon hike in a scenic nature area with mountains, dead silence except for an intermittant sharp breeze and the occassional running stream...I would be tired half way through, eat a snack of dates with peanut butter...finish the hike and take another nap...then go to the "community center" or church that I'd be a part of and get up to date on the latest happenings, and help out or schedule time to help out the group...and then have a group meal...go home and watch a good movie...share how my day had gone and get feedback - whether its advice or support...I'd be clear with myself and and be able to clearly communicate and request which one I needed...and then maybe have a fudgy brownie or a refreshing glass of Pellegrino...and then go to bed peacefully...wake up and then repeat.
@fearlessHuman906 sounds so relaxing. Wow
I've seen images of glass domes in the middle of nowhere surrounded by snow with cozy fireplaces. I'd love to be there, either with my significant other, or alone. Snowy scenes are such a pleasing aesthetic

My perfect weekend would be to sit in a grassy field with no ant piles, with my horse! it seems magical when I say it! I wish I could do it :(
Perfect weekend would be one with no anxiety or flashbacks or trigger moments . Awake to enjoying a sip of hot herbal tea. Go through my phone to check for any messages or calls. Put phone away make nice breakfast . Relax on chaise with a nice book while listening to soft meditation music. Than do yoga. Than do a hobby. Than go to gym work out . Come home shower get ready and just to get out , maybe grab a meal from outside. Come home change into something comfy enjoy dinner and than watch a nice movie .
