Gambling Addiction Community - How do you actually feel today?
Today, I'm feelling content, because 7 cups of tea arehere to give me support. I look foward to chatting with listeners. I'm so elated to have found this program.
I cannot seem to stop craving gambling I feel secure when I have money to gamble and very anxious when I don't
Today I feel thankful for the urge to gamble not having control of me. I opted out to all of the casino. That bring me so much pleasure knowing I can't get in anymore. It's such a relief.
gambling destroyed my life.. now i am so broke and i do not know where to start. but the thing is i do not even have the urges to gamble. i got addicted playing. i just wanted them to catch me. i do not know. maybe it was not the gambling.. maybe i have a bigger problem than gambling.. maybe i am just crazy
I know how you feel I think it is other problems I have that leads me to gamble.
I feel that I have a gambling problem. The fact that I love like 5 mins from the casino does not help. I am getting to a point I am in a financial bind and don't know what to do it how to stop. Both of my parents are drug addicts and alcoholics so I know the effects of addiction. I just want to stop. 😢 I am also going through a bit of depression and I am on zoloft. I am having fertility issues that I am having a hard time dealing with and also my Mon who is only 58 just recently had a stroke that out her in a nursing home because she was smoking crack
i understand how you feel. i grew up watching my parents playing cards. it was my mother who also introduced me to casino. i am financially broke right now. i am currently paying the money i stole from my company. it is a good thing they gave me a second chance and did not send me to jail. they somehow needed me and i am really a good worker. they found my addiction as a lapse. so they asked me to get help. i am recovering right now.
I am trying to stop I am struggling. I can't afford to keep looking money. There is really no gambling support groups in my area do it's hard. I live lass than 10 mins from a casi,o and I drive by 2 in my way home from work every day. I just dnot know what to do.
I am thankful I did not gamble today even though I wanted to.
good for you.. i also pass by the casino everyday... proud to say.. learnt my lessons so no urge to go there..
hope i could keep on avoiding it
Hope you're alright now :)
