Recovering from a relapse

Recently I had an episode, bought a bag, and spent a few weeks living it up with one of my uncles before checking into the local behavioral health unit. After I got out, I was okay for a few days, albeit very tired, until I bought another bag and smoked on it in my room for a couple weeks until my mental health couldn't take the additional psychosis anymore and I snapped. There was a suicide attempt that I will not detail here, and shortly after, I destroyed what was left of my stash, paraphernalia included.

I'm doing better now. The first few days after, I slept in, one day I didn't leave my room at all because I was out like a light from 10pm until 11pm the next day.  It is slowly getting better. I know I made mistakes that I hid from everyone and isolated myself which made the problem worse.

I go out and I talk to my family. It's gonna be okay.
