smoke

When I get lonely, I start to crave a sense of connection - a different feeling .. I start to crave that feeling of smoke burning in my chest from when I inhale and crave that feeling when I let it all out and release it.
I think I'd be fine if I had other things to fill my days with, but all I do is do school work (which makes me even more upset) watch Netflix and just think about ways to become successful .. but I'm lonely, and it seems like life is so still without smoking , so empty.

I guess I turn to smoking to fill a kind of void in my life, but it's like what else can I do? I don't find joy in life anymore and it's like when I do, I have to go the extra mile to even do that. I miss that feeling of laughter, you know when you actually laugh and you can actually feel it in your chest, the kind of laughing where you can barely breathe and your almost in tears 😂..

And I guess when I smoke It's like I don't need anything else.. everything feels better , life doesn't feel so slow so dead and so colorless.. I just miss the burn in my chest, I miss the way music sounds ten times better and food tastes so much better.. but I can't smoke right now (won't get into why) and life is just empty. I just didn't want to be come so reliant on it, but now it's like.. idk

i miss life, I miss the good of life.. where did it go

@lovingCup504 Hello Cup, I am sorry to hear about what you are going through. Addiction & loneliness commonly go hand in hand. How are you coping? If you ever need to talk with someone, the listeners are always available. You do not have to struggle alone!

Best wishes, and feel free to keep us updated on how you are doing. *sending you positive vibes* :)

Hi there, I'm glad that you shared your story. Life seem so meaningless when you don't have a person to understand you or share your sense of reality - the joy, sadness, hardships, surprises, etc...and I can empathize with what you're going through, I saw that in myself too. Turning to smoking is easy but at the expense of a lot of things (you can fill in the blanks ___). Glad that you took the first step out of it, just so you know your battle to fight against it matters, to yourself and humanity also. I repeat, It Matters! If you miss _x_,_y_ idk tbh 😶. Remember that pp come into your life for a reason, a season or for a lifetime. A pointer is reflect on knowing where they stand in life, that'll affirm what you've been blessed with and the lessons you're supposed to learn from it. They're important rite? I lazy to explain the details of it, you can ask Google. In short, gd luck.

yeah I try to keep in mind that people are only here for a season or to teach a lesson like you said but sometimes it's so difficult to understand that reason and why it always had to be painful to learn from it. im glad there is someone who relates, but i hope you too find what you desire Out out your life. Just as much as I want it for me, I want it for you. Thank you for taking the time to reply to my rant. Hope you're doing okay,

Hi! I think that you should not smoke, so it will really harm your health. I offer you a great replacement for this. For example, Hometown Hero is an excellent tool that will help you quit smoking quickly, as well as help improve your condition, relieve stress and depression. For example, I like the effect because I feel much better. And the headaches have gone and the migraines that tormented me for many years. Therefore, I suggest you try it too. This is a really great tool that works great. I wish you good luck!
