About my twin sister (TW)

Just kind of need someone that can listen but basically I don't know what to do about my living situation where I (17) and my twin sister, who smokes weed all day, doomscrolls, SH, and yells and argues with my mom. Mind you its only us three. I go to school, she doesnt. They kicked her out for her bad grades and she dropped online school and does nothing all day except mindlessly watch tv. Not too long ago she got home from the mental hospital for a week she stayed and yet she still hasn't changed one bit. i'm worried about her and I have tried multiple times to reach out to her but she always rejects. It hurts bc I wish we were closer and that she wasn't doing all of this. I know it deeply hurts my mom too. My twin also has ADHD and I know she struggles with other mental health disorders but what can I do to help her. I feel like I can't even be close to her. She is super toxic and lost all of her friends no surprise and constantly complains and denies everything. And the police has come to our house multiple times but they dont do ***. I'm scared she wont even do anything good in her life and she says she just wants to sell her body as if she can make a living like that. Which she has done before. And she's a MINOR ffs. What can I do about this pls help? I know someone can't change if they don't want too but I have tried on multiple ocassions being nice to her or saying hi. She never lets me in her room tho or wants to talk. So its kind of like we're strangers that live in the same house. Last night I was woke up by the sound of her using again. And my older sister isn't much in the picture because she moved out and is not in contact with my twin anymore after they had a big fight. :( any suggestions or help with this please.

I suggest you contact a listener for additional support.

However you need to be aware it is extremely hard to change others.

Improving yourself is generally the best we can hope for but it is heartwarming that you care so much for your sister.. We're proud of you here for supporting her..🌲
