I keep doing inappropriate things in online video chats and I know they will get me in trouble but I keep doing it And I don't want it to affect my career

Do you have any idea why? What do you find fun or a reason to continue to do that? was it the thrill of perhaps getting caught?..... until you realized it would be damaging IF you get caught....
generally there are motivations of why we do somethings... when we know why we can find ways to fight the urge or the bad behavior.
