Being depressed, being rejected, plus financial problems I'm scared to get into something worse

Hey I cannot catch a breath and today I went downstairs for some fresh air. Though my legs were shaking.

I imagine myself homeless and addicted. Because my life doesn't have value.

I suffer from debilitating anxiety and depression. I'm scared things can get worse.

I try to behave myself only because I don't want my mum to have an heart break.

I stopped drinking (only on the weekend) in 2020. Apart from prescribed medication I don't take anything. But as said I think my life has no value so I'm scared I might become addicted to anything that calms me down.

I watch a lot of soft white underbelly and I reckon ppl get to a certain point out of desperation and trauma...

PLS help me

Your life matters 🫂

It is natural to feel scared when depression, anxiety, and financial stress are overwhelming. You can take small but powerful steps to prevent the situation from worsening.

Creating safety habits can help, such as tracking triggers and avoiding substances that might worsen your state. Leaving our minds idle during this phase provides more room for depressive thoughts, but when the mind's energy is channeled, it helps to soothe mental pressure. Structured daily routines help to keep our minds diverted, and fulfilling them boosts our self-esteem.

Writing down your thoughts on any platform can also help to release your emotional stress. You are already showing courage by sharing your thoughts and feelings here.

You have already faced difficult times and stayed strong since 2020. Practicing self-compassion can also help. Whenever you feel anxious, remind yourself that you are doing the best you can. You cannot control everything. Life is uncertain and full of challenges. You are not alone in feeling this way.

Whenever your mind creates negative stories about the future, you can gradually and repetitively train your mind to transform your thoughts. Thoughts such as: “I will not be disturbed by imagining what has not happened yet.” There is no gain in imagining the storm that has not yet arrived. You can train your mind to shift from what can go wrong to what can go right, and to what can be done to make things right, instead of focusing your energy on thoughts and things beyond your control.

Remember, your life has value, and you deserve self-care, self-love, and compassion. Take extra care of yourself during this phase. Do not wait for anybody to come and uplift you. Be your own warrior. Be your own support system. Be there for yourself.

Sending support, strength, and healing your way 🪄✨🫂💕
