Can't stop watching porn and sexting
I am trying quite porn and *** but every time I try I come back to it over and overr. I will be doing all that even if not home alone. And starting to feel that I'm mith now stop watching porn and doing ***

It's mostly when I have nothing to do when I I do that stuff

I understand,, d0 you have any hobbies or things that you enjoy ( such as shows, anime, reading, biking, etc. ) that could possibly d1stract you from resorting to s**ual behaviors?
I am trying get back into 3d modelling but like that don't have any hobjs really

Ooh, that is very cool ! 3d modeling is often a very t1me consuming a fun thing to do, whenever you have those urges or feel bored, try t0 redirect your mind to that. Listening to music, going outside, and talking to som3one are also very good ideas for it. <3
