i told my Dr that I'm addicted to my one medication and now I am going to be weaned off. I've been on it 2 years straight with only 3 weeks at most of quitting. I'm gonna quit for real this time and I'm scared. i misuse it for anxiety.

I honestly don't know how far I am now. I don't count days. I steer clear of drugs in general. It's been a rocky road, but I have been maintaining well.

This is the only thing I do, my only vice. and once in a blue moon I drink. rarely. I would say I definitely have to aim to take the meds less, but I am doing the best I can and that's what really matters.
I am 9 months clean of this med today!! 8/22/26
