...See more When is pushing yourself too much? And what's it like when you're not pushing yourself enough? I sometimes feel like it's too much just to go outside.  Is there something wrong with me? I feel as if I'm pushing myself too hard if I have to get frustrated and angry about it. Thoughts?

...See more i told my Dr that I'm addicted to my one medication and now I am going to be weaned off. I've been on it 2 years straight with only 3 weeks at most of quitting. I'm gonna quit for real this time and I'm scared. i misuse it for anxiety.
