Hope you are all ok.
Many people maybe can relate with the fact that they found alcohol and they use it to feel normal like me. Numb and sad to say that I don't feel comfortable without it. Pathetic I know. Really don't think I can see it ending for me. I want to support my fellow struggling friends. It's hard work doing it on your own.

it helps when we see it and realize it is a sad temporary fix and when we do not drink all the same stuff is still there.
