i am Male-25 , i am having masterbating problem almost 5 + years. I want to get rid of it.
I just want to quit. Initially, I thought I will stop doing this when I find a GF. But now we are living together but i am not getting rid of this.
i have seen and I know how bad it affected my life.
I just want to quit.

@loyalSailboat1036 I too thought getting a GF will solve that problem for me too. but your question made me worry that I too might not get rid of it even if I had a GF. I am 24 and I've been single my whole life and I don't see myself having a GF even in the future, so I should stop it by some other means. Please leave a chat if you found a method to get rid of it.
